Social Services
The Social Services Department is dedicated to supporting patients as they transition from treatment back into their families, workplaces, and communities. Through rehabilitation, education, and ongoing support, the team helps individuals strengthen their social functioning, develop practical life skills, and achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Our services include:
- Social reintegration and rehabilitation support
- Family education and active involvement in the recovery process
- Occupational therapy and life-skills development
- Ergotherapy and recreational rehabilitation activities
- Community reintegration planning and post-discharge support
- Psychoeducation for patients, families, caregivers, and community members
- Assistance with rebuilding social, educational, and occupational functioning
- Guidance in developing healthy relationships and community connections
- Support for independent living and long-term recovery goals
