Administration and Finance Unit

The Administration and Finance Unit is responsible for managing the hospital’s administrative operations and financial activities. It coordinates daily functions, streamlines management systems, monitors budgets, supervises departmental managers, improves operational efficiency, requests audits, and analyzes financial performance data.

The Administration and Finance Unit is responsible for managing the hospital’s administrative operations and financial activities. It coordinates daily institutional functions, streamlines management systems, and ensures smooth execution of hospital operations across departments.

The unit monitors and controls budgets, analyzes financial performance, and ensures proper allocation and use of resources. It also supervises administrative staff and departmental managers to improve efficiency and service delivery.

In addition, the unit is responsible for enhancing operational systems, requesting and facilitating audits, and ensuring transparency and accountability in financial management. Through effective planning and oversight, it supports the overall sustainability and performance of the hospital.

UMULISA Laetitia

Director of Administration & Finance(DAF)

Laetitia UMULISA is a finance professional with extensive experience in administration, financial management, and social services. She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from UNILAK, Kigali.

Since March,2017, she has served as the Acting Director of Administration and Finance (DAF) at Huye Isange Rehabilitation Center, where she oversees financial planning, budgeting, administrative operations and resource management to support the institution’s mission and strategic objectives.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Umulisa worked as a Social Worker at Huye Isange Rehabilitation Center from 2016 to 2017, contributing to the rehabilitation and social reintegration of beneficiaries through dedicated support and community-focused interventions.

With a strong background in both finance and social services, Laetitia brings a unique combination of financial expertise, leadership, and commitment to organizational excellence, ensuring effective management of resources and sustainable institutional growth.
